Our pre-school science classes provide a warm and welcoming environment in which young children, aged 2.5-4.5years, can explore and marvel at science which is a part of everything they see and do!

We hold separate sessions for 2.5-3.5 year olds and 3.5-4.5 year olds and every class is different, meaning you and your little one can attend for 2 years and experience something new each week. .

Our Mini Professors get to wear their own mini lab coats and learn about the basic principles of scientific experimentation, whilst having loads of fun and generally getting stuck in.  We cover everything from polymers to dinosaurs, maths to tropical rainforests and much, much more

Each class is designed to develop pre-school readiness using periods of sitting and listening such as well as periods of actively "doing".  Don't worry though if your child isn't there yet, it comes with time and familiarity which is why our routine stays stays same each week

In addition, our classes are designed to promote pre-school readiness with a focus on developing attention,  concentration, following instructions and turn-taking. There is also plenty of opportunity to continue to develop gross and fine motor skills, cognition and language.

What we are doing to keep you safe

The safety and health of our Class Leaders and Families has always been of utmost importance to us, and this is even more the case in the current environment.

As a result, we have developed a bespoke COVID-19 Management and Safety Plan which contains our policies, processes, and approaches to operating Baby Sensory, Toddler Sense and Mini Professors classes in the COVID-19 environment, with a particular focus on how we can keep our Class Leaders and Customers safe.

If classes are cancelled due to a staff member having to isolate make up classes will be offered online the first week of holidays. Please note this will only be offered if classes are cancelled due to staff shortages throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. To find out more about the adaptations we are making and the changes you may experience in your classes during the COVID-19 period please click here.
